Its located about just 20 miles away from the main Ghorbunder Road. About 16000 cattle are reared here every day. It covers the area of about 1300 hectares of land which is full of pure climate and peace & pleasure. The most amazing spot here is “Chota Kashmir” which spills a breath robbing beauty. Other spots like Aarey Garden Restaurant, lakes, nurseries and boating spots make this place the best picnic spot. The garden is spread over 4000 acres of land. Definitely a must visit spot for photographers who luv to click the beautiful landscapes of nature. The place has been used for movie shootings many times. 

This place is the biggest & best Cow Milk Producers of Mumbai. It provides the famous Masala Milk. What makes this place more pleasing is the Singing Birds. The rare birds like Cuckoo, Sunbird, White Parrots keep you enjoying the climate with their sweet & pleasing humming.

You can have a unique boating experience at Chota Kashmir at an low cost of just Rs.20/- per person for 30 minutes. You can choose ur boats by sitting capacity (2 seater, 4 seater, 6 seater)  according to ur requirements.
